About Me

Hi!

I'm Shannon, a 3rd generation native of Florida and the Realtor to talk to about the housing markets and neighborhoods along the Space Coast of Florida. Serving: Indialantic, Indian Harbour Beach, Satellite Beach, Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Melbourne and surrounding areas.

My goal is to facilitate the best outcome for my clients. In by doing so, a significant part of my time is dedicated to understanding my clients needs and goals, which includes the past, present & future. My service abilities are based on good communications, research, experience, marketing, fluid team work, mutual respect and realistic expectations.

I have lived in Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Orlando, Melbourne & Crystal River and the beach is my happy place. I have traveled all over the state of Florida over the decades and have also lived in Colorado and Texas as well.

Festivities the Christmas Boat Parade & Surfing Santas in Cocoa Beach, to the Medieval Festival, Native Rhythms Festival and St. Patrick's Parade in Melbourne, are just a few highlights. Enjoy local Friday Fests and art shows with music, vendors & food trucks.

Discover many talented musicians and performers at fun bars and restaraunts like Coconuts, Lou's Blues, Squid Lips, the Hunkerdown Hideaway, Hurricane Saloon and more. Want to know where to find some great seafood? Let me know.

Enjoy the beachlife and many outdoor activities along the coast. Explore waterways and canals while fishing, boating, paddleboarding and kayaking and catch some gorgeous sunsets along the way. The wildlife here is also formidable as there just too many species to count, from manatees, dolphins and turtles to endless bird watching.

It's pretty easy to feel the ground shaking rumbles and see rocket launches from the port all the down way to Melbourne, so be sure to check for dates and times. The Air Shows are also stunning and inspiring.

Take a quick trip off to Sebastian Inlet to go snorkeling or camping or check out one go to one of our beautiful state parks like Blue Springs. But the fun doesnt stop here. What do you like to do?
